I need to migrate comments from Trello to Jira, when i try to download comments i am not getting the expected result, just getting count of comments, but not getting the text.
Are you trying to just export the comments? or are you trying got export cards with comments into Jira? There is a Trello importer built into Jira that will pull in your cards and turn them into issues along with the comment data.
The importer creates a team-managed project, but if you're wanting to move the cards into an existing project, you can move them after the import.
