Every time I submit for the verification email it takes 30-45 minutes to receive the email and by then it has timed out. There is multiple people in my organization encountering the same issue.

I just checked our queue and I'm not seeing other similar reports to yours. Your email server is probably creating this slowness due to restrictions,
You can reset your password to confirm your account, I believe this will be enough, but it'd also be nice to forward this article to your email server admin and ask them to add the emails to an allowed list.
