Hi there,

My company uses 2 free use Trello accounts.

Since May (1 month), those 2 Trellos are on read-only.

We can not update old cards nor create any new one.

Trello says we have more than 10 users, which is not true.

We can't use them anymore which is really annoyong.

Can you please help me  to fix this problem ?

Thanks a lot in advance.

If you go to Workspace>Members, it will list out all Collaborators, split between Workspace Members and Guests.

The new 10 user limit is specifically for all Collaborators (so it includes both workspace members and guests)

This applies to all boards in the workspace - so it might make sense to reorganize boards to their own workspace if it means that will bring collaborator numbers under limits.

This applies to all old accounts - so you might look in to pruning ex-employees from this list etc.

This applies to all guests - so you might  look in to pruning guests that no longer require access to the board. Which may or may not be a headache, if those guests are customers.

It really depends on just what is pushing you over the collaborator limit.

And if instead, the top of that page clearly shows "Collaborators 2/10", then I would contact Trello Support directly.

EDIT: didn't realize, but the Collaborator limit is actually workspace members + guests + pending invitations. So a bunch of left-over pending invitations could be another possibility and thus a place to prune.
