I have team members that will only use our workspace for limited months. But I got charged for them as additional user for yearly fee.
Once he signs off, do I still pay for that user fee for the full year?
Or can a user-account be transferred to another new team member?

If you remove a billable user, you can add another billable user to replace them without being billed, or your number of billable users and amount you pay us will adjust at your next renewal date.

For clarification though: we paid for 4 users' annual access when we signed up (4 x 60 USD). Then we added one more member and paid 56.22 USD for his access, which was only meant for 2 months and he has since been removed.
Question: do we get refunded for the 5th member's 10 months of not using the annual access?
