I paid for 5 accounts in June of 2021 to upgrade to Premium, to be able to use the Power Ups. Within the last few weeks I noticed that all my boards are labeled as "Free" and has no upgrades. Any suggestions on how to get help from Trello on this?

are your boards in the Premium workspace?
Trello boards that are not in the paid workspace will be treated as "free" boards.
