Hi Team,
I am trying to upgrade my plan as standard. However it multiplies one annual license. Could you please check and share your feedback? I would like progress with 5 dollars Trello Standart plan with 1 license.
Thanks for your support.
Upgrades apply to the entire Workspace rather than an individual user. When upgrading, the bill is automatically calculated taking into account all users, which is why you only have the option to purchase 2 licenses—because there are 2 billable users. The only way to pay for only 1 license is to remove one of those users or reduce them to a single board guest.
We have some more info on how this works here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/
Hi @Caity , I hope you can assist us as well.
Our company has a Trello account currently on a trial subscription for the Premium plan until November 8, 2024. However, we would like to switch to the Standard plan, enabling us to add users at $5 per month. Currently, adding a user incurs the Premium rate of $119.99, but we’d prefer to move to the Standard plan immediately.
How can we switch to the Standard plan right away?
Thank you!

@Francesca Pellegrino It's not possible to switch plans during an active subscription; however, if you add a new user now, the cost will be prorated based on the amount of days remaining in your subscription. With only 7 days remaining, that should be very low.
To ensure that your Premium subscription isn't automatically removed, you can change your plan to Standard. This won't change which plan you're on before November 8, but it will ensure that the subscription renews on the correct plan. We have more information on how to do that here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/change-or-cancel-your-trello-plan/
