Showing Cards in another Board because of their specific Label

Edited

Hello,

being new with Trello, here is the first question…

I would like to add one Board per Customer to handle incoming tasks, the task progress and so on. Worked so far. They are identically, so I have in each a few lists: first »Incoming Task«, second »In Progress«, third »On Hold«, fourth »External Response«, fifth »Done«.

What I want to have is a Board in which I just have three Lists: »Prio High«, »Prio Middle« and »Prio Low«. In these three Boards I would see only and automatically the Task ( Cards ) from ALL other Boards grouped by their Prios, which are defined with Labels.

Hope it's clear…

Thanks for your help!

Chris.

Hi @Chris Taylor - welcome to the Community!

It sounds like what you're trying to do is mirror cards. Unfortunately mirroring cards is not a native feature of Trello, but you can see what your options are to achieve this at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mirroring-cards/

I'm sure Trello were working on native mirroring about 2 years ago....

@Chris Taylor I think for what you are wanting, it can be done by linking cards via automation.
