@Moey Osta Butler certainly allows you to sort by custom field (and card title, and label, and time in list and card age ... maybe others ... )
However, if you're just wanting to set your priorities, then you can simply re-order the cards.
Alternatively, you can use labels to indicate what is high, medium or low priority if the list ordering is being used for another purpose.
Since Butler allows you to sort by label, you can use labels to apply your priority then use the Butler Power up to sort your cards if required, without having to enable 2 power ups.
@Moey Osta We have developed a free Power-Up that allows setting priorities to cards, and sorting lists based on set priorities. You can learn more at:

Yep this should be possible with Customfield + Butler Power ups however it requires that you purchase the non-free subscription of trello which allows multiple add ons.

You can create custom fields with the custom fields powerup (https://blog.trello.com/trello-custom-fields). But as far as I can see you can't sort by custom field.
According to this post you can use a power up called butler to sort by customfield. But I don't know if that means you need to install customfields + butler or if butler is an all in ones solution.
