Set up card reminders?

Is there a way to set a reminder on individual cards that will email a specific user and remind them to update it?  I want project managers to post a status update once a week, and have an auto reminder if they have not commented with a status update in X amount of days. Thanks!!!

Due Date Notifications
If you set a due date on a card and you are a member of the card (or subscribed to the card), you will receive a notification about the card twenty-four hours before it is due. Notifications for due dates only occur twenty-four hours before the card is due and if you are not subscribed to the card or have not been added you will not receive a notification.

i want if a card is longer then a week in a board i should get a reminder is there a way? thanks!
