Our company found Trello and we started with a trial version. Because we liked it, we bought the premium version but it seems like the account is nog upgraded to Premium. Do we need to do something to get ik upgraded?

Hi Floris, welcome to the community! Keep in mind that when you upgrade your Trello, you are upgrading a Workspace and not the account itself. So you're probably working with a board that's on a Free Workspace there.
If access your Trello and work on a board that's on a Premium Workspace, it will have its Premium features. If you, on the same account, access a board on a Free Workspace, you'll only have Free features there.
