If I understood correctly, you made a payment. For which tier have you made the payment (standard, premium, enterprise)? At any time you can downgrade the tier that you have paid for a lower, for example, you have a standard one and you want to downgrade to free one.

Also, each tier has a free trial that you can use free of charge until the trial passes.
