In your experience, does this happen often with Planyway? We're considering moving our resource scheduling to this power-up, but this is the second time the system has been down during our free trial, and it doesn't seem they're that responsive to reported bugs or crashes in their system...
It is beginning to occur more frequently.
Although Trello has indeed been fixed, the loading and synchronising of Planyway has now degraded.
Slow sync on the mobile apps and the powerup of the boards; together with only partial (between 60 - 84 percent) loading of Planyway on the desktop app.
Ditto when you try to access it via the planyway.com website.
Getting a response, or the problem resolved, is now tortuous.
Yea, definitely worrisome that it's basically been out of service all day and there haven't been any updates on why or even a notice that they're aware and trying to fix the problem. Does anyone know where they're located? I tried emailing and chatting them on their company website, but I got a bucket response that they're offline...
Hello, it's Tania from Planyway and I'm really sorry for all the frustration. It seems that Trello's API was affected before Trello itself started to slow down, that's why Planyway began to load slowly a bit before Trello did.
Trello's and their API's performance have been restored, please refer to the incident page for more details: https://trello.status.atlassian.com/incidents/ngjdk9djr0tc.
If you still see any issue with loading Planyway, please let me know.
Hey Tania. My Planyway wasn't loading for almost the full workday. Just started to load again around 4pm PST. I see that the Trello incident was resolved by 12pm EST/9am PST. By the time our work day started, Trello's issue had been resolved, so not sure if it was just a matter of Trello having issues.
I sent multiple messages to your Support team. What time zone are you in, and what hours is your team available to help in the event of a system failure? Also, how frequently is your system unavailable? We're heavily reliant on our scheduling tools, so want to be sure we're covered, should we choose to go with this system permanently.
On a related note, our free trial was set to expire tomorrow, though I received word from you that we would get an extension while we're testing it out when we first initiated the power-up. That doesn't seem to be the case, as a few of our team members just got expiration notices in their inboxes today.

I understand that based on Trello's status page, it may seem that Planyway was supposed to work once the incident has been resolved. However, API, which we rely on, can take some time to rebound.
We're located in the GMT+7 time zone, we're there for you Mon – Fri / 9:00 – 19:00 GMT +7.
Regarding the extension of the trial periods, it seems that a misunderstanding has taken place. We'll need the email accounts of your teammates in order to extend their trial periods, please send them by email.
Trello loads ok.
Planyway loads very sluggish on the Power Up
Ditto on the Mobile apps.
Also, on the app on the Planyway website.
Again, on the powerup part of the Windows Desktop app
It needs to be fixed so that it loads and syncs properly.
