We have a mixture of free and paid accounts.
THE PROBLEM I have had twice is the user cannot access the paid account. When the user logs on it defaults to the free account.
We do use LastPass and OKTA. But when I have the user navigate to Trello.com bypassing everything it automatically signs them on with their free account.
We have verified LP was not the issue. We have cleared PW's in browser.
Looking for an answer ASAP. It has happened twice with two separate users, so I'm sure it will happen again.
