Necesito saber si el pago de un power up se lo realiza por usuario?

al cambiar de plan free a PRO  PLAN, el cambio se realiza unicamente al usuario?

como elimino el power up de un usuario que no va ha utilizarlo

no me permite hacer la compra del power up en usuario que necesito

Power-Ups built by Trello and Atlassian are free, however, third-party Power-Ups may have their own costs (since they were developed by companies other than Trello/Atlassian).
