Only one card in board

I'm struggling to create an automation to only be able to drag/move one card into a board. There can only be (0/1) to (1/1) in the board? This is for client setup viewing permissions? It this possible to implement on the free version of Trello? Is that a paid feature?

I would suggest a card sharing power-up would be more effective.

However, you could also look into an automation like this:

This will return the card to where it came from if there is more than 1 card already in the list.  If you have multiple lists, you can duplicate the rule
