We have all watched her via zoom.  The system keeps asking her to find all the bikes, the stairs, the buses, etc.  But even though she clicks through over and over, it will not take her past this step.  Help!

I believe that you are stuck with the captcha to verify is she is a human (this started to happen recently). This could be due to unusual traffic on the network. Let her try with different browser and incognito as well.

Try also with logging out and logging back in. I was affected with this issue as well, sometimes it took more than 30 minutes to login. Also, make sure that you are not using any VPNs.
