There are two people who are Admins on the board, myself and our team lead. He and I recently compared the same Trello card and I could see a series of updates made to the card but the card on his computer showed none of the updates. What is going on?

Are you perhaps comparing the same card from your team lead's computer browser from a Trello app on your mobile? If that is the case, maybe there are unsaved changes if your Trello app is on offline mode. If so you can:
Check for unsent changes on Android
Check for unsent changes on iOS
