No notifications or reminders in browser, email or app

Hi, just signed up for Trello and set a bunch of deadlines and reminder notifications.  I set my email and enabled notifications.

I don't know if there's a setting I'm missing but I'm not getting a single notification email, nor any notifications on my phone app or desktop browser.

When I click on notifications it says "you have no notifications" but each of my boards have cards with red "past due."

I tried to contact customer support but I don't see any way to do that. I'm happy to upgrade and pay for Trello but the deadline notifications are the single most important feature I need out of project management software.

I read other people are also experiencing this problem. I had tech support from my company try to help and they couldn't figure it out.

I tried starting a new Trello account. Tried firefox instead of chrome. Stil no email notifications or app or desktop.

I'm about ready to bail on this SAS
