is it possible to have a standard package and invite other 8 members from the free package so they can just view my board? Or do I have to buy for all my members a standard package)

As long as the 8 only access a single board in your Paid Workspace they should count as 'Single user Guests' and be free... But the second you give one of them access to a 2nd board that user becomes a user you need to pay for: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/
