Making template board

I am in a free trail premium and can't change a board into Template although I a admin of the workspace

Hi Paul, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope you’re enjoying Trello.

Try following these steps, if you have any issues, please feel free to submit a new ticket with us: 

1. Create a Trello board.
2. Set it up the way you'd like it to appear as a template.
3. Add any co-creators for your template to your board. (Optional)
4. If you have a free workspace, don't forget to make this board public (premium membership can skip this step)
5. From the board's sidebar menu, go to Menu > More and select “Make template”
6. Convert board to Template.
