I have a team member that is getting incomplete search results.
I am literally sitting right next to her: we type in the same keyword and the same time. She is getting "cannot not find any results" and I am getting a boat load of cards.
Is there something in her search settings I am missing (there are not active filters that i can find)
@Ryan Zimmer it is most probably due to permission, your colleague doesn't have access to the cards and boards you have access to.
To confirm this you can share one of the cards which was returned to you but not to her and see if she is able to access it.
Thank you for the quick response. Yes she is admin on all the boards (and creates each one of the cards)
