We use Trello Premium in our organisation and I am one of three workspace admins. All three of us can see every board in the workspace - also the private ones - but we can't open and edit them. It worked in the past and I've read multiple times that a workspace admin in Trello Premium is supposed to be able to edit also private boards. Is this a temporary technical error or is there some solution to it?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Please try clearing the cache and also please try it with another browser.
I hope this should work.
Thanks

You are right for the admins as they are able to view and edit all of the boards in the workspace with the premium plan. Do you receive any error messages?
Also, try with the another browser, clear cache and start in the incognito mode. By the way that you have described it, it could be a temporarily bug (this also depends on what error message do you receive, or if nothing happens).
Another thing that you can check is your browser developer console for some errors.

Awesome! The problem didn't occur anymore after we cleared our caches. 🥳
