I have a message on my Trello account.

I am trying to receive a Trello board from my trainer. She is sending it through my email as a link. When I open the link, it takes me to Trello, and a message tells me that once Trello approves me, they will send an email. I already have a Trello account, so why is it saying this?

Hi Wendy - welcome to the community!

It might be that you're accessing the Trello board with a different email address than the one that your trainer used to invite you. I would recommend confirming with your trainer which email address they've used, and you can confirm you're logged into the same account by clicking on your avatar on the top right of the page.
