Hi @seth bradley
Billing is done per workspace but the amount is based on the number of members or guests who are on more than 1 board in that workspace...
So long as you are a workspace adming, you can go to the billing section where you will be told exactly what the amount is based on the number of billable members in the workspace. Scroll down to enter the payment details and boom, there you have it.
To add some more thoughts...
So you can have:
- Free workspace - Maximum 10 boards and 10 "Collaborators"
- Standard workspace - Unlimited boards and collaborators but $6/member per month who is on more than 1 board or is a workspace member
- Premium - Same as Standard but more cool features and is $12.50/member per month
For your case, there are some scenarios you can have:
- If all 31 members are set to workspace members, you'll pay 31x the cost of subscription. For Trello standard, you would pay $186/month
- If it happens that you only need some people to be a member of Board A and some people to be a member of Board B, you can save yourself some money by making these people single-board guests.
Here is an example -
If you have 10 people who need to see all boards in the workspace, you set them as workspace members.
Of the remaining 21, you have 11 on Board A and 10 on Board B. Use the workspace members admin page to remove the members of the boards they don't need to be a part of.
You would end up paying $60/month in total...
