How to download all attachments and notes?

What is the easiest way to download all attachments on 1 card so they are combined into one file? (zip, pdf, etc) 

Also, is there a way to download all the notes into one combined document?

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Yes! If you want to export all the cards, boards, and attachments of your Workspace, you will have to upgrade your Workspace to Premium. Premium users can export all the data of their Workspace and their boards in CSV, including all attachments. 

As far as I know, you can use the feature Print to print your board or save a snapshot of your board in PDF.

In Trello Premium, individual boards can be exported in CSV - although the CSV itself doesn't include attachments as they can't be stored in a CSV file: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/#Export-to-Excel---Spreadsheets

To export all attachments, you need to use the option to export an entire workspace from the Workspace settings: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/#Export-all-boards-within-a-Workspace.
