How to delete a "guest" workspace that I am an admin on.

1. I'm the admin on a workspace.

2. When I click on https://trello.com/w/userworkspace< > ->Workspaces, I get:

Current Workspace

- Trello workspace

Guest Workspace

- <company named workspace i need to delete and am an admin on>

3. ?  - There's no information on how to delete from here. If it's that my "admin" status in a guest workspace can't do it.... how can if find the person that can?

If you're an admin on a board in a Workspace that you're a guest on, you'll need to change another member on the board to an admin first. Then, you can leave that board. Once you're no longer a member of any boards within that Workspace, it won't show up for you anymore.
