How to activate a reactivated member

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add/reactivate a colleague to my workspace. This is not possible and there is not "reactivate" button or anything else I can press to do this. All I can do is send her an activation link, which then comes back to me with a reply that she needs to be reactivated. What should I do?
