How do you kill a Trello team export request that is stuck?
Our team relies on nightly exports of data from over 400 boards on a Trello org. Export requests are automated and occur through API requests. Each file is about 19MB and usually takes about ~5 minutes to prepare. We've had a request hanging in a "Creating archive" status for over 20 hours now (screenshot below), which is preventing us from getting the data we need. This export did finally complete at some point over night, but now the very next one is stuck again. Submitted a ticket yesterday, but no word yet.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? Is there a way to manually kill the request?
