How do i delete original member of staff from board her name keeps coming up

original member of staff who set up but the board name keeps coming u. every time i try and add a new member of staff rather than her name show the original member of staffs name comes up

Is she still a member of the board? It sounds like she is!

If she doesn't need to be on the board anymore, you can remove her from it, then her name won't keep coming up!
