How do I sync a Board from another Trello Account into my Master Account?

I have set up my own Trello Account to act as a 'Master' - so that I can manage all my own tasks across work / clients and own business.

I also have a Trello Account with a work email address and I'm guest on one of their boards and attached to several cards.

How do I sync the board /cards on the work trello account so that it shows in my personal Master so that I can work from my Master account?

Appreciate this has probably been asked many times before however I'm getting lost in the different searches and not sure it's possible?
