How can i make work space by checklist?

I'm not sure if I understood what you need to achieve, if you share more details with us it would be great. There are some differences between using filters in Trello and using the searching tool, you can learn more about it in this article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-vs-searching/.

I will assume you want to use the search tool as it is the one that has the ability to search by checklists. In this case, I suggest taking a look at this article to understand how you can use the operators to find the results you need: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/searching-for-cards-all-boards/
