I use Trello for notes at my work. Now I cant log in and get the message, that it was deactivated.
If I cant use Trello with my company email, can you please reactivate my account, so I can get my notes! This is horrible customer support!

That is indeed strange. One question, are you using free version of Trello?

This is why it is showing you these two options only. I'd suggest to create a totally new Trello instance (outside of your organization) and use the premium trial version which should give you the access to additional support.
