How can I disable notifications for new cards I create myself via the desktop app hotkey?

Steps:

1) I press CTRL+ALT+SPACE on the Trello desktop app to open the quick new card popup

2) I create a new card on a list that I watch

3) Now the desktop app sends me a notification that a new card was created.

How can I prevent step 3 from happening?

The desktop app should not send me a notification for a new card that I just created with the desktop app.
