Hello, my workspace administrator does not work at our company anymore and the e-mail adress she used to log in does not work anymore. I recently found this out and want to fix the issue. What can I do to transfer administrator rights or copy the entire board perhaps?
Hi Karlijn,
Trello does have this handy workspace transfer tool but it'll only work if someone with Admin rights is still in the workspace.

Is there a way to re-enable the email address just to solve this (or create an alias to your email)?
You could copy the board(s) to a new workspace but I would say it would be worth reaching out to Trello support to see if they can help before taking that step...
One tip for the future, in a company setup like there it is well worth creating a generic admin account on Trello, which has a group email address and isn't tied to an individual.
You are absolutely right, we had just started using trello and we are a small team. We have set everything up much better now.
Thanks for the tips!

Hi @Karlijn Wijers and welcome to the community,
To transfer boards, can you follow the instruction of this article? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-to-transfer-board-memberships-to-a-new-account/
And here you can read about changing workspace admins https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board/
Let me know if you got this!

Thanks I worked it out! I revived the mailadress of the former collegue and was able to copy the boards to the workspace we're using now. And delete the workspace and account of my former collegue. Thank you for your quick reply!
