Durations Tiny Power Up "Due duration threshold colors" window blank

I'm trialling the Durations Tiny Power Up.
When I go to Power-ups -> Settings -> Edit Power-up Settings -> Due duration settings -> Due duration threshold colors, I only see a blank window.
I also notice that in List duration, I have to click once to make the settings appear, and in Board durations, I have to wait about a second for the settings to appear.
Confirmed on both Edge and Chrome, ad blockers disabled.
