I have a half-price trial (?) Premium Trello subscription and it will renew at the full price next week. I don't need all the premium features, and I can't afford them at full price, especially with the current exchange rate.
I can't work out how to downgrade before it renews, and all the help and questions I've found here are from a year ago. I don't know whether I have to cancel my subscription before the renewal and then sign up for Standard and hope all my boards and so on are still there. The answers I've found say we get 24 hours grace after a free trial but they are a year old so I can't be sure my data will be safe.
What should I do?
Hi Carole,
Thanks for reaching out!
You should be able to downgrade to Trello Standard from your Workspace billing page. Are you able to select 'Standard' as a plan via the Explore plans button?
Let me know how that goes,

Hi Lara
No, I can't. I can explore plans and it shows them to me, but I can do anything more, I can't select one.
Cheers
Carole

Hi Carole,
Just to confirm, you're able to see the 'Standard' option, but you're unable to click it?
Does the issue persist when you use a different browser?

Hi Lara, I see a table with the plans and the features, but the only item I can click on is a Contact Sales button down the bottom next to the prices, which takes me to the general contact page.
Cheers, Carole
