Delete a board from a workspace

Hi,

We have a former employee who has created a board in our workspace. None of us can either delete or archive the board, nor can we access his account. How can we delete his board in our workspace?

Hi Izabella,

Happy to help with this.

You can upgrade your Workspace to Trello Premium, which adds several features to make managing teams a bit easier, including the ability for Workspace administrators to take control of all boards in the Workspace and they can delete the board in question. You can sign up for Premium trial here: https://trello.com/premium.

For more details about the above recommendation and other alternatives, see: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-the-admins-of-a-workspace-or-board.

Hopefully that will help, but please let me know if you have any more questions!

Sincerely,
Suzie.
