Costello Power-up for tracking costs

Hi, I activated Costello to keep track of costs which seemed to be working but I want to only track Outstanding costs - I have split my lists in to "awaiting payment" and "payment received" but cant see a way to activate Costello at list level. Also If I archive cards they are still included in the board total. Any suggestions on how to customise this app or a better way to total the cards in a particular list?? Thanks
