Tentei 3 vezes duporte pelo sita mas sem sucesso! Preciso de esclarecimentos sobre a cobrança efetuada. O site não é transaparente quanto aao planos e cobranças! Fui cobrada com cerca de R$ 900 e preciso urgentemente do reembolso. Se o suporte puder entrar o contato comigo o quanto antes seria bom, se não serei obrigada a cancelar o uso do Trello, eu e a minha equipe!

I am sorry to hear about your troubles. @Esther Dias 😕

However, the Atlassian Community is a peer network of other customers/users like you. You cannot solve this sort of issue here.

I'm afraid you'll need to open a support ticket with Atlassian.  See "Contact Support" at the bottom of this page.
