Cloning a completed checklist

I'm trying to clone a checklist that was just completed. Basically I do a monthly checklist and once its complete I want the same checklist to drop in under the one that was completed with the same name.  I've tried it but it won't work unless the new checklist name is different and I want it to be the same.

Hi Jay, welcome to the community! :)

When you're making the copy of the checklist, are you adding it through the 'Checklist' button on the right hand side of the card, and using the 'Copy items from' option?

When I've done this, it seems like I'm able to create a new checklist with the same name. Once I select the checklist from the dropdown it pre fills the title to the same as what was used before:
