Hello. I would like to cancel please. If possible, I’d like a refund for the renewal. I haven’t used it in so long and I didn’t see the renewal notice email until after it already hit my credit card. You have a great product but I didn’t end up becoming a scrum master after transitioning from the service, which is why I tried Trello to begin with.
