Can you add a dropdown as a list of options to answer a checklist question?

I am creating a card to walk people through a process that has 5 phases. Each phase includes a series of steps. 

For each phase, I created a checklist.

The items on the checklists are instructions and questions.

Is it possible to provide the user a dropdown of options with some of the questions on the checklists?

@rggcoach  Are you having the user interact with the checklist item that have a question? Or it just for you to show the multiple choice answers to the question? For the latter, just embed a card link and use that card to show the multiple choice answers in the card description or use the checklist in that card. 
If it is the former, then my question would be will there be auto marking? Or you need the answers consolidated? This is definitely a very unique use case but an interesting one.
