Can't login with my business account

I was forced to setup 2-step verification with my business account.

However, didn't save the 24-character recovery key.

There's no 6-digit key visible in my goolge authenticator app on my phone.

Support tickets are not working.

A phonenumber to get in touch with a human being doesn't seem to exist.

 

What can I do?

Hi @Jurgen Croes 

If you've not got access to the recovery key for your account you should also be able to recover your account by following the below steps:

  1. Try to log in
  2. On the screen asking for your 2-step verification code click on Can't use your phone?
  3. On the next screen click on Can't find your recovery key?
  4. After 24 hours you'll receive an email from us with a link you can use to log into your account without 2-step verification.

Once you've done this, I'd recommend following the steps on this page to disable 2-step verification - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/#Disable-two-step-verification
