I was forced to setup 2-step verification with my business account.
However, didn't save the 24-character recovery key.
There's no 6-digit key visible in my goolge authenticator app on my phone.
Support tickets are not working.
A phonenumber to get in touch with a human being doesn't seem to exist.
What can I do?

If you've not got access to the recovery key for your account you should also be able to recover your account by following the below steps:
Once you've done this, I'd recommend following the steps on this page to disable 2-step verification - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/#Disable-two-step-verification
