Can't join a Trello board, "the link has been deactivated"

Hello there,

I'm trying to join a Trello board and it's giving me the following error:

Unfortunately, this link has been deactivated. Ask a board or Workspace member to create a new link.

```

We've tried clearing the cache, a private window, deleting the link and creating a new one, and it's giving the same error.

Trello isn't interested in offering support, so we're on our own. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi there, 

You can quickly test whether a shareable invite link is working or not - could you please ask the owner of the board to create a new shareable link by following the guide here: https://help.trello.com/article/1024-invite-people-by-using-a-shareable-link

Once they have created the link, could they send it to you and confirm whether it's working or not? Shareable links should work so long as the user is 1. An admin of the Board with invite permissions 2. The user doesn't revoke the shareable link or leave the Board themselves.

Alternatively, they can also invite you to the board by entering your email address. Here's how: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-people-to-a-board/

I say this respectfully but I'm not sure you read my post.

I've already followed that exact guide several times from an admin account. I've also tried inviting by email address.

I'm receiving invites from other places, just not this one particular board. The issue is ongoing.

Please get me in touch with someone, this really seems to be a bug or some issue with Atlassian.

Another issue, I can add the owner of the board to mine, he shows up immediately on the members list, but I can't add me or anyone to his board.

It's worth noting that I'm not receiving the invite emails either.
