When I try to convert my account to an enterprise member (https://trello.com/enterprise/ibm/transfer-account) and I click on the "Log in with SSO button", I get to this page (https://trello.com/auth/saml/consume/ibm) with the error message, " Oh no! 422! Taco says “Could not parse assertion”, but what does he know? He's just a dog."
I tried deleting my old account and then creating a new account, but the problem is still occurring. Thanks for your assistance.

I would encourage you to reach out to the support team at https://trello.com/contact and use the "Ask Trello Support" option rather than "Ask the Trello Community". The support team will be able to better assist you, as members of the community don't have access to your account.
Alternatively, you can reach the sales team by filling out the contact form at https://trello.com/enterprise or calling the number that appears under the contact form.
