I was just informed my Business Class account is being upgraded to Trello Premium. It's quite a bit more expensive. Can I save money by removing users who no longer work for my company? If I remove users, does that damage the boards they used to work on? Thanks for your insight.
Trello Premium includes privacy controls and other administrative tools that are helpful to businesses that want to take greater control of their boards and data. Rather than upgrading one user at a time, you’ll upgrade the entire workspace to Premium. See the [Premium User Guide|https://help.trello.com/article/714-business-class-user-guide] for more information about the subscription's individual features.
Since the entire workspace will be enabled you will be billed based on the users added to the workspace or multi-board guests so, yes you can remove those members who no longer work for the company.
Also removing the users won't damage any information on the boards they used to work on, but if they were an admin of the board it is suggested that another user is added as an admin to the board first and then they are removed so that admin functionalities for the board can be maintained.
