Automation not adding checklists for other members

I have added rules for automation to add checklists to my cards at different parts of the process. 

 

I have just realized thee checklists are not automatically appearing for my workspace and board members. How can I make the rules work for them?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂

I wonder if the rules work for you on the same boards. Can you trigger any of them to see if it works? 

Or do your Workspace/board members expect the Automation rules created by you to run on their personal boards? 

As an idea, you might want to check if the rule's trigger doesn't include any mention of the action's performer, like "when something is done on a board by me."

If this doesn't help, could you please send a few examples of a rule itself, what should've triggered a rule, and how it wasn't executed?
