I've just upgraded to Trello Premium, and only after the payment was submitted did I get the notice that if a board guest is on more than one board, I will be auto-billed for them as well. Seems like that info should be clear up front - I've used a personal card as my company does not currently subscribe - but that being said:
1) is there any notice that I'm going to be billed BEFORE it actually happens so that I can remove them if necessary? Or an option to not allow access until the additional payment is approved?
2) if they already have a subscription (standard or premium), will I still be billed for that person?
Thanks.
Hi @Kristin Easley - welcome to the Community!
How billing works in Trello is explored in our help docs and our pricing page.
You will be billed automatically for all new Workspace members and multi-board guests you add to your Premium subscription unless you have already removed a billable user and are replacing them with a new billable user.
We do not recommend that your organisation has more than one Workspace upgraded at a time. You should only use one Premium Workspace as a team. If your billable users also have their own Standard or Premium Workspace, you'll still be billed for them.
