Assista is asking me to activate an already existing account?

See image - but I already have been using Assista to track this work since last October?  I am worried if I activate it I will loose all the time tracking - any advice?

Its all good - it is an updated agreement - I accepted on another board which was old and it was fine, so proceeded - all fine!
