I was unable to log into my Trello account today. It tells me that the account has been deleted, but I didn't do anything, I didn't delete it and no one could have done it but me. I live in Kazakhstan, NOT in Russia or Belarus.

Much as I'm an Atlassian fan, I do know that their location detection is not great, they are relying on other services that are not what I would describe as "good". Raise something with https://support.atlassian.com/contact and they will take a closer look at your account.
